If you ask me, I will ONLY suggest to go with the plain vanilla (no GUI) Asterisk PBX system and read this Asterisk: The Future of Telephony, 2nd Edition e-book to learn on how to configure, operate, and maintain an Asterisk PBX system. FYI, I actually read this e-book to learn Asterisk.
