Seven people were injured when the roof of a house in Mentougou district was blown off in an apparent gas explosion at around 4pm Monday, the Legal Mirror reported.
Some residents smelt a pungent smell immediately before the explosion. The injured residents were sent to hospital, and their gas supply was restored by Tuesday morning.
