[房屋]Pearlite Fixture Group Inc. of Burnaby, B.C. is looking for an experienced, well-traveled, and highly-committed Regional Sales Director (NOC 0611) to join our team.  Reporting directly to the company\'s president, you should possess the following attributes:-Develop and create a regional sale team in Vietnam, including recruitment, retain, train, and promote sales personnel-Promote and assess sales and promotional activities for effectiveness and efficiency for local market in Vietnam-Deal and interact with local government officials to ensure tax, legality, and other compliant issues are met-On lookout to acquire financing sources from local investors-Lead marketing teams in developing & cultivating relationship leading to sales to the local hotel industry-Leading marketing team in developing & cultivating relationship leading to sales to the condominium industry in Vietnam-Ensure the smooth and timely importing of the company\'s products shipped from Canada into Vietnam, including customs and other regulatory paperwork and procedures are done correctly-Ensure the smooth and timely exporting of goods manufactured by the company in Vietnam to Canada, including customs and other regulatory paperwork and procedures are done correctly-English fluency required-Vietnamese fluency is a definite asset-Knowledge of local business environment, as well as its legal, tax, and export/import environment, particularly in the hotel and condominium industry, is a strong assetIf interested, please reply with resume (including references) to: pfgihiring@gmail.com.  No phone calls please.  We sincerely thank you all for your interest but only qualified candidates will be contacted.
