[房屋]Job Title: Piping DesignerAnnual Salary: around $60000 per yearJob description: We are currently seeking a Piping Designer to work for Sea Sky Construction. This person will consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences and requirements; promote and recommend our products with professional advice; contact with suppliers for specific clients’ needs.Qualification:•        College Diploma or University degree in relevant field•        Minimum five year relevant experience•        Minimum five years\' experience utilizing a 3D piping package such as SP3D, CADDworx or similar•        Excellent written and verbal communicator (we are currently developing the Chinese market, so Chinese language will be an asset.)•        Previous work experience in Water & Wastewater industry for industrial clients •        Must be able to coordinate duties with colleagues and then work independently to complete tasks•        Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines for task completion•        Must have strong organization and multi-tasking abilities•        Independent, mature and responsible individual capable of logical thinking and problem solvingResponsibilities: •        Working with the project or construction team for piping•        Determining work projects and meeting project budget and schedule •        Participate in design coordination with builder and construction management •        Perform design work utilizing AutoCAD and other 3D design systems•        Participate in the generation of proposals, scopes, and schedules•        Provide input to and help develop P&IDs, equipment specifications, vendor proposals and technical studies•        Participate in construction support activities including responses to requests for information, submittal reviews, construction site visits and inspections, and design revisions
