eSeeLYNX Communication Ltd. is an integrated marketing and communications company located in Richmond. We are seeking for a part-time customer service representative / receptionist. Responsibilies, but not limited to: - Greeting customers in a professional manner - Answering phone calls, directing enquiries to appropriate departments- Replying customer\'s enquiry via email /phone- Maintaining/updating records, entering data to system- Scanning, photocopying, faxing, printing, filing, monitoring and ordering office supplies- Handling cash/debit/credit transactions - Handling daily cash / cheque deposit- Organizing courier & mail Qualifications:- Excellent phone manner- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in a fast paced environment- Outgoing personality, able to take initiative- Well organized with strong follow up skills, flexible and willing to learn- Reliable, mature and independent- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)- Knowledge of the Internet- Experience in related field would be an asset- Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin is preferredWorking hours: Monday to Friday 1pm - 6pm (25 hours per week)This is a permenent part-time position staring on May 1st, 2014Please submit your resume & cover letter to jobs@eSeeLYNX.comWe thank all applicants in advance, as only those under consideration will be contacted.
