英嘎巴特尔个人简历
Mr. Ochirbal Enkhbaatar is a Mongolian national, with more then 25 years experience in mining and finance. He managed Mongolian operations of the Canadian junior Red Hill Energy Inc (now Prophecy Coal Corp TSX-CY) where he managed coal projects from grassroot exploration stage to operational coal mine and power plant construction license.
Prior to entering the mining sector, he spent over 16 years in top managerial positions in Mongolia's financial and banking sectors, including Mongolian Stock Exchange, First Mongolian Investment Fund  in addition to being the  
former CEO of the Capitron bank.
Mr. Ochirbal holds a Commerce degree from the Mining & Economics Institute, Ukraine, an MBA from the Mongol Business University, Mongolia in addition to studying at the University of Hull, UK and Boston University, USA.
He is fluent in Mongolian, Russian, English and Czech languages.

'I recently drove to the Gobi and saw 100 trucks stuck in the mud, just one after the other,'' Enkhbaatar Ochirbal, a mining consultant in Ulan Bator, said of trucks loaded with scrap metal that were caught by an unexpected rainstorm in the Gobi Desert. ''Earlier, in March, every second truck going to the border checkpoint seemed be carrying scrap metal.''
