Welcome all.  I wrote the book and started this website to reach people regarding some controversial subjects.  I realize there are a multitude of mindsets out there in the world, many of whom have never even considered this type of material.  Still others are already well-informed about the strange, unexplained and unorthodox.  Much of the debate lately regards religion, or spirituality; how can we believe in God when we see such strange things going on?  

I seek to provide an explanation regarding how we can discern between the universal Force God, the Great Spirit, Source, or Tao; and other seemingly ‘divine’ interventions. I believe with a true understanding of the power of love, we can overcome the negative and rise towards an enlightened Way of living.

Unfortunately not everyone will choose to go this Way.  People are largely stubborn and set in their ways.  I wrote the book with several types of people in mind.  First, those who already are aware of alternative explanations of our reality because they sense something is wrong with the world in its present state.  They are seekers, and are open to the idea that things may not really be what they seem.  However, many of them may also be being cleverly deceived in ways they cannot imagine – or be willing to admit.  I hope for them my perspective will help put some of the strange puzzle pieces together, and help them discover what they can do about it.

Those who have yet to seriously investigate anything outside of the orthodox, accepted paradigm are often skeptical of any sort of higher awareness at all.  Sometimes analytical people can be unwilling to open their hearts and minds beyond what they are used to, can see or have been told exists.  This creates great potential for misinformation, because it is easier to listen to what someone with a high-sounding degree says, than go within yourself for the ultimate truths.  Living in spirit will be strange to them at first, not to mention how difficult it is to consider another interpretation of history and science.  I came from this background and know how difficult it has been for my habitually analytical mind.

Others do have religion or spirituality in their lives already.  For the moment, the various beliefs and practices are largely good things that can help people lead happier lives.  But institutionalizing spirituality can also hinder the individual from learning to intuit truths directly from the Source.  There is great potential for deceit when people are not taught to think and discern for themselves.   Because of this, if strange things were to happen on our planet that are not included in their present belief system, they could be in danger of losing their faith altogether.  This isn’t about giving up beliefs, but about crystallizing them with a higher perspective than we are generally taught in the world.  We need to become as well-educated about this issue as possible, to avoid confusion and deception.  


For many, Surfing the Tao will indeed require a radical revolution in the way they think about the world.  To ride the wave, we must choose love, aligning our free will with the natural, flowing love consciousness of the Tao.  This means choosing love in each moment of our daily lives.  This is our greatest weapon of spiritual warfare.  It is the Way to overcome the difficulties we face – whether they are daily dramas, or Earth-shattering catastrophes.  We can know ourselves when something is true, and when the wool is being pulled over our eyes.

My book includes mention of various other researchers who have already done a lot of work on alternative interpretations of our reality, and seemingly unexplainable mysteries.  What’s different about my book is the perspective – I present a unique way of how to think about all these things, what they mean to us and what we can do about it.  I hope it can help people live happier and more fulfilling lives, regardless of what happens around them.  However, I know it may be controversial to some people.  I encourage you to watch the news.  Do your own research.  Search your own spirit.  Pay attention.  Let’s see what happens together.
