It pretty much looks like another bedroom , so you have your privacy and it comes with a PRIVATE BALCONY to your own .It\'s Furnished ( brand new closet , coffee table , bed , light and balcony chairs and table ) ! The couch u see in the pics here , its gonna be replaced by a double size bed .I\'m looking for $695 per month plus Half Month Deposit ( Wifi , Hot water , Hydro Included )There are dish washer , micro wave , stove , fridge , insuite laundry in the apartment and also ,there are Gym , entertainment room , lounge area , jacuzzi , BBQ in the building .the building is super close to the train , bus stops and lots of restaurants , shops , supermarkets and library near by .I\'m looking for someone who is gay friendly , clean , easy going , don\'t party at home with friends .If You are interested , please let me know , so we can set a time and date to show you the apartment .The apartment will be available starting from March 6 th , 2014
