[房屋]Job DescriptionPosition:         China Senior Project Manager Company:        Tincy Investment Ltd.MAIN DUTIES•        Provides management assistance and coordination leadership on senior  projects(such as construction,hotel management,logistics.etc) in China•        Liaison with Chinese governmental officials, including organizing and attending meetings as required to resolve outstanding matters. Follows through with all pertinent parties to ensure that appropriate action on pending matters is done as required.•        Prospect for potential clients•        Plan approaches and pitches•        Build relationships with clients•        Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets•        Keep tracking record of project development progress, identify potential risks and opportunities involved, and establish methods of reportingREQUIREMENTS•        Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in China•        Knowledge of operation and management•        Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing activities in China and understands how these relate to project progress•        Solid understanding of environmental remediation procedures and permit application process in China •        Good organization, communication and administration skillsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES •        The successful candidate must be a self starter, be capable of thinking on their feet, represent the Company at various business and social functions and will interface with primary developer and other project partners.Salary to be negotiated in personOnly Selected Candidates will be interviewed
