[房屋]We are currently seeking a position of Project Coordinator join our team to work in our projects at Richmond, Vancouver, and West Vancouver. Our Client is involved with residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. We provide company phone, vehicle if necessary, and extended health insurance after probation. This position allows for the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.The Role:Supporting the architect which includes interpret the drawings and specifications and follow ups;Supporting the Project Managers which includes follow ups with sub-trades, organization and project binders;Coordinating supervising construction workers onsite and distributing site instructions;Being responsible for assisting Project Manager in the daily duties of a project\'s administration includes cost controls, planning, scheduling and estimating.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Construction based background;Be able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and specifications;Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills;Work knowledge of Microsoft Project & Schedules;Multi-tasking.Qualifications:Engineer degree or equivalent;Minimum 3 years\' experience in a Projects or Maintenance position is an asset;To Apply:Individuals meeting the criteria above are encouraged to submit their resume, with cover letter to our email.
