配眼镜时的光学名词:SPH,CYL,AXIS,OD,OS都是什么意思?

Sphere (SPH): the amount of long (+) or short (-) sight your eye has. The farther the number away from 0.00, the stronger and thinner then prescription lens required. 就是俗曾的近视度数，分远视和近视，一般会在Prescription上写清楚。度数越高，对镜片的要求越高，如果是600度以上的话，最少要配1.61 的镜片。
Cylinder (CYL): the amount of astigmatism, or visual distortion, caused by an irregularly shaped cornea. 所谓的散光度数，度数如果高于+2.00或者-2.00的话.

Pupillary Distance (PD) 这个就是瞳距了，就是当正视前方时两个眼珠正中相隔的距离，一般是58-65左右。

AXIS: the direction of the astigmatism, measured in degrees. 这个是散光的弧度。当然，如果没有散光的话，就没有这个弧度的数据了。
另外就是，配眼镜的话，不光是框的问题，还有镜片的问题，镜片有些外面带膜的，叫coating,一般最便宜的是平光的，就是什么膜都没有的，带膜的都是带防辐射和静电的，另外还有些还带防紫外线UV400的和偏光的有色镜片等等。。。

我只知道od是右眼，sph是眼镜近视度数、cyl是散光度数，

球镜SPH 近视是- 远视是+，散光是CYL，也有正负之分，轴位AX 棱镜PRISM

近视度数：即球镜，近视或远视的度数。英文全称：Sphere，简称：S、Sph。例如：-4.00表示近视400度；+1.50表示远视150度。
散光度数：即柱镜。英文全称：Cylinder,简称：C、Cyl。例如：-0.50表示散光50度。散光度数可以为正，也可以为负，通常意义相同。
